CHC43115 Certificate IV in Disability has a theory and a practical component which must both be completed satisfactorily before a student can be declared overall competent. Applicants of this qualification are required to complete 120 hours of supervised practical placement in a Disability Organisation or demonstrate evidence they have the work skills required for example those already working in the industry
